Such an amazing experience & stay. It was the highlight of our whole trip & my kids can’t stop telling people about it! Such a beautiful little gem nestled away. Pat and Mary Angela are marvellous hosts. When we arrived the fires were lit, the table was set and there were gorgeous scones made by Mary Angela. They are both so friendly and gave lots of recommendations of places to visit. Their lovely cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Galway. It is definitely a home from home. My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and 2 Jack Russells had a great time there and we had everything we needed. We also loved Pat and Mary Angela's cafe and bookshop in Oughterard Village. Well worth a visit. Couldn't recommend this cottage highly enough!

With plenty of space, Jerry and Jenny's house offers great comfort. It is so well located that day trips are enough to visit a lot of beautiful and interesting places in the west of Ireland. In the evening, you come back to a cozy warm house and can relax comfortably. Jerry and Jenny are very attentive, interesting and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable there and would be happy to come back.

We carefully read and followed the advice of the previous guests and that‘s why we didn‘t stay for just one or two day‘s but five! We truly felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet here. And yes - every day we had the loveley company of the sweet four-legged friend :) A wonderful stay in an incredibly beautiful landscape!
