Waterfront holiday rentals in Birgu

Apart from the black out situation due to the recent instruction work at Balluta, my overall experience in Martina's Seaview penthouse is top notch and truly one of kind. Not gonna be bored with balcony, bring good mood with the view every morning, let alone a place to have breakfast/dinner/hanging out. The interior is thoughtful and detailed in showcasing the local culture with a contemporary twist. Everything is clean and neat. Both hosts are super helpful. Highly recommended if you would stay beyond St Julians or Valletta, where you will not disappoint fr. Thank you!

This apartment is amazing , fully equipped with everything you need , location for St Julian’s bay couldn’t be better , very short walking distance to many restaurants and the bay , which you can see from the balcony ,the apartment was perfect for chilling out on the rooftop terrace , host was very quick to respond for any questions , I would definitely recommend this apartment and we will be sure to return

The pictures did not do this apartment justice. It was fabulous high-end spotlessly clean and everything you needed central for buses ferries restaurants and the view WOW. the team wear very helpful answer all questions quickly and gave us suggestions on what to do and what was coming up? They let us know about the strawberry festival and fireworks from Valleta and we had an amazing night watching them from the balcony Cannot rate this highly enough

It was my first experience of using air b n b and I must admit I was a little nervous however I needn't have worried. I couldn't fault our accommodation and host. Ivan's duplex apartment was ideal for us. On arrival, we were impressed by the high standard of the accommodation and Ivan had even left some cold drinks and snacks which were greatly appreciated. The roof terrace was great for idly watching the Maltese people enjoying their daily life and an absolute sun trap too. The standard of the accommodation and facilities were first rate. Throughout our visit, Ivan made suggestions on places to go and useful tips on how to get there. The location makes it the perfect base for a quiet relaxing break tucked away in an idyllic residential setting,whilst enabling you to enjoy the sites of the more well known areas by using the lical buses or Bolt cabs A truly fantastic holiday and a huge thank you to Ivan for helping to make it so.

Die Wohnung von Eva ist wirklich sehr schön und ist eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof waren perfekt für eine ruhige Nacht. Besonders vermissen werden wir den Blick aufs Meer über die gut befahrene Straße hinweg. Gleich gegenüber als auch ein paar Gehminuten entfernt war eine Bushaltestelle, so dass man perfekten Anschluss - auch an den Flughafen! - hatte. Hatten im Vorfeld überlegt ein Auto zu mieten und hier hat Charles, der Co-Gastgeber, uns wirklich super Infos über Parkmöglichkeiten gegeben. Als wir jedoch den Verkehr, gerade im Großraum St. Julian's, Sliema, Valetta gesehen haben, haben wir uns dagegen entschieden - sorry, Charles. Die Kommunikation mit Eva und Charles war wirklich perfekt. Unheimlich schnell reagiert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie Tipps zu Ausflügen. Supermarkt ist übrigens auch gerade mal 200 m entfernt und hat täglich bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet. Schön war's!

Staying at this penthouse in Malta was such a treat! The space was even more beautiful than the photos — bright, spacious, and with incredible views. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic for exploring the island, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta!

Loved our stay in Marsaskala! The apartment met our expectations and it was amazing to come into the unit and be greeted with the sight of the be ight blue bay! We definitely enjoyed the deck. Inside it was clean and spacious. Marsaskala was a good choice-away from the crowds and lots of choices for restaurants that we easily walked to. We rented a car and were able to find parking close by. Christine was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!!

Where do I start? This has to be one of the best airbnbs I’ve ver been to. Not only was the apt perfectly accommodating but Roger was very responsive, friendly, and flexible. The apartment sits on the water with immaculate views of Spinola Bay. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants, clubs, and water access points. Most definitely worth the money, and will absolutely be coming back.

Le logement est fidèle à sa description. Propre, beau et idéalement placé. Les hôtes ont toujours été disponibles, accueillants et réactifs. Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Piero, nous avons été accueilli par une de ses gérantes adorables, les instructions étaient claires, le parking est juste à côté et gratuit. La maison est typique maltaise, sur 3 étages, belles chambres (une pour un couple, une autre 2 lis simples, parfaits pour nos enfants) , beaux carrelages, tout le nécessaire dans le salle de bain et même des produits "utiles" pour cuisiner dans la cuisine (thé, café, huile, condiments, bouteille d'eau...etc) . Important lorsque l'on arrive et que l'on a pas envie de tout acheter! La maison est à Senglea, en face de Birgù, la balade sur le port le soir très agréable et possibilité de prendre le ferry pour la Valette en 10mn. Un séjour parfait! Le petits points négatifs (très peu!): Le salon est sombre car donnant sur une petit ruelle mais nous n'y étions pas beaucoup, les moustiques (mais c'était la saison!), le bar le soir qui peut jouer de la musique (pas de double vitrage) mais jusqu'à 22h30.

Amy and Robertas place was good, well equipped and the views were stunning. Would recommend and we would stay again, no question.

Chris’s place was very nice much bigger than expected spotlessly clean, very good area for what we wanted to do, eating places in walking distance, would highly recommend.

This house was so beautiful and spacious for 6 people. Everything was walkable and felt safe. I highly recommend!!

Il n’y a rien à dire sur cette location, tout était parfait, propre, très agréable avec son petit jardin intérieur jessica est très réactive. L’emplacement est top car proche du centre historique de la Valette, si je retourne à Malte, c’est avec grand plaisir que je reprendrais le logement de Jessica.

Nice apartment, ground floor. Follow the instructions for the dehumidifier to keep it fresh. Less than 10 mins from St.Angelo and you can see it’s beauty every night from your glass door window. From there a boat cross 3 mins to Valetta. Well connected to the whole island with public transport. The buss stop less than 100 feet from the apartment. Altho Uber/Bolt and specially the boats, ferries was my favorite way of transportation for more sightseeing and enjoyments with a little price differences. The apartment is modern and perfect for someone looking to stay in a calm area, at the same time in close distance to the crowded parts of Malta. The owners were friendly and extremely helpful. A place to visit again in the future for sure. Cheers

Aly communique facilement les instructions ,et une voisine était là si jamais ... l'appartement est super mignon, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. climatisation appréciée. l'appartement donne sur le passage maritime, juste à côté des animation (restos, bars, plages privées). très bon séjour. We loved the location in Birgu with the sunny eats facing terrace. Much less frantic than Valetta with a great ferry service across the Grand Harbour throughout the day. The rooms are generous and the beds very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Schon ab der Buchung war die Kommunikation mit Tina hervorragend – schnell, hilfsbereit und mit vielen nützlichen Tipps (z. B. Restaurantliste). Beim Öffnen der Balkontür hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf Valletta sofort begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal: Fähren und Busse sind direkt gegenüber, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Promenade von Sliema, und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung ruhig – die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten. Wenn wir wieder nach Malta reisen, würden wir dieses Apartment sofort wieder buchen. Kleiner Hinweis: Für Malta braucht man einen Adapter für britische Steckdosen (Typ G).

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Marc and Nikita were exceptional hosts – welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. Their attention to detail really made a difference, and I felt right at home. Thank you both so much for your hospitality! I’d definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful area with walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants, beach just outside the apartment. there is parking space for rental car. communication was excellent from the host. the place is matched tge desccription. highly recommended it.

Znakomity wybór, polecany stokrotnie. Szczególne podziękowania dla wspaniałych gospodarzy. Duża troska i pomoc dla gości.Ray po zameldowaniu zawiózł nas do sklepu. Pomógł wnieść bagaże. Jesteśmy starszą para i ta uprzejmość i empatia bardzo nas wzruszyła. Za co od serca dziękujemy. Bardzo łatwa komunikacja z gospodarzem. Miejsce łatwo znaleźć. Nieskazitelnie czyste wszystkie pomieszczenia. Zmiana ręczników, mycie okien po ulewnym deszczu ! Wszystkie urządzenia sprawne i zgodnie z opisem. Jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz do przygotowania posiłku. Piękna okolica do zwiedzania, dobre miejsce do spacerów, restauracje, bary i kioski. Komunikacyjne połączenie z miejscowościami Gozo bardzo dobre. Autobusy przy terminalu promowym 2-3 minuty. Autobus 301 do Viktori/ Rabat regularnie co dwadzieścia minut. Widok z balkonu! Widok na morze, port, wyspę Comino, Maltę. Niezapomniany spektakl, zwłaszcza kąpiące się konie. A przede wszystkim niezapomniani gospodarze. Dziękujemy. Grazyna i Teodor.
