Great house and very easy to find. Plenty of space for parking which was great given we had a large van being used for an event. Host was very responsive and sent lots of information well ahead of time to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed during the stay

Beautiful location on a farm - we could see horses / foal/ highland cows / sheep from the property. There was a bit of noise from aeroplanes given the proximity to the airport, but I can’t say I noticed it particularly and it certainly didn’t affect sleep. The kitchen is large but given the house’s size / no of guests it would benefit from a second dishwasher and fridge rather than so many empty cupboards. We spent a lot of time washing up! The games room was great and the 8 kids aged between 6-13 were well entertained and loved having a separate hang out space. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The blinds were more like privacy office blinds and did very little to keep out light - I woke up at 4:30am as a result! The curtains in the room were made of sheer chiffon so merely decorative. Proper curtains would have been welcome, so I would advise taking an eye mask in the summer. The property was well maintained and spacious & our group had a brilliant stay.

Very happy with our stay at Kash’s. Very comfortable stay for the five of us who were working at The Grand Theatre. 30 minute walk or ten minute drive. Thank you! ( small thing but a couple of tea towels would be great)

We stayed at Lee's place whilst in the area for work. We had a great stay. The house is decorated in a very modern style and is a great place to relax in the evenings. Whilst we didn't use the hot tub that is also a great addition. Having 2 parking spaces was also a massive bonus for us. Access to the front of the house is down a really quiet close as well which made our work vehicles feel even more secure. Thanks Lee!

great experience, they were able to accommodate a last minute booking, and the house was just perfect for what I need it, the area is peaceful and there is amazing green spots around the house, will definitely cameback next time that i am in the area.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. Perfect location to enjoy great bars and restaurants in both Kingsheath and Mosley, good bus links into Birmingham. Everything we needed and a lovely homely feel. Really appreciated the fresh milk, bread, tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

What an amazing find! Ali was exceptional; from the original booking to the arrival and beyond, she was fantastic! All the extra touches, such as homemade cake, eggs (fresh from the chickens!) and beer (to name but a few), plus the kind use of the tandem and fire pit, all made us feel so welcome and trusted. We will definitely return!!

Great stay, clean and tidy, looks exactly like the photos, easy and fast check in, shops and restaurants near by I Would highly recommend it.

We were lucky to be the first guests staying through airbnb & were rewarded with a complimentary bottle of fizz which was lovely! Check in was simple, host was lovely & welcoming, told us where to park & walked us over to the lodge. After a brief intro she left us to it. The pod was lovely, luckily the one next to us was empty for most of the day so it was lovely & private, however the patio facilities are shared which is worth noting. Kitchen had everything we needed & the shower was amazing. Little shop on site if you need to buy anything & short walk to the nearest pub. Would highly recommend & will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing nights stay at the shack. The inside was decorated with so much character and we loved the inclusion of fun games to play together. More than enough wood left for both the inside and outside fire but we still scavenged in the forest for more as it was so lovely. The bed was very comfortable so we had a good nights sleep with the fire keeping us warm. Andrew and Rachel were extremely responsive to some questions that we had. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We would definitely return in the future and would advise anyone considering a stay here to go ahead and book it, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely amazing, hot tub was an added bonus. Sarah was really helpful gave us a good few places to visit for our stay. The cozy cabin we had was on the end and waking up to the cows on the field was a new experience which was a fun one. Loved the idea of the fire pit. After a long soak in the tub coming out to dry by the fire pit while watching the stars was amazing. Will definitely be back

We wanted a couple of nights away from London, and this cabin was just perfect. It’s off the grid, but you can still charge your phone with solar power, and there are solar lights too. The fireplaces inside and outside were super cozy, and the shower was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The cabin had everything we needed, plus some lovely little extras like fresh flowers and incense. It’s in a great spot with easy access to a bridle path and country walks right from the door. You can hear the road a bit, but it didn’t spoil the peace or the amazing views from the cabin.

Fantastic retreat for a group of girls. The place had everything and more. So peaceful and private, great facilities with the hot tub and we really appreciated how well equipped the place was, from marshmallows and fire wood to separate towels for the hot tub and shower. We absolutely loved it!

Absolutely charming cabin in the countryside! Super clean and comfortable. John and Honor were top notch hosts and anticipated our every need from extra firewood and s’more makings for our many campfires! Bish, Bash and Bosh were so adorable and the peacocks were soooo beautiful (we’ve never seen a white one)! They gave incredible insight on the area and places to visit. We were lucky to be invited to their BBQ and meet their amazing family! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love staying here. We use it for Crufts and our breed championship shows. The perfect setting for a relaxing evening after a hectic day showing . Dogs love the place too.
