Les commerces sont à proximité et les marchés locaux ne manquent pas. La dépendance possède son jardin, des arbres le tout dans un quartier calme et paisible. C'est une cabane , toute en bois, de pêcheur reflétant l'authenticité et l'esprit bassin. Le confort est lui moderne et parfait pour y passer d'agréables moments.
