In the state-recognized resort town of Zella-Mehlis, we have developed a cozy apartment with a lot of love under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founder company of the world-famous anchor sports weapons. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old bloodbeam, next to the ancient rhododendren bushes or by the creek. The original bars of the roof truss, lit with warm light, make the apartment extra cozy.

Looking forward to seeing you soon. ATTENTION: Maintenance work is currently taking place on the dam, which is why the lake is not filled. But walking across the drained reservoir is possible and very interesting.
