The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. Newly converted stone Byre and Hemmel appointed to a very high standard. They are located on a working farm on the edge of the Durham Dales with amazing views and let as one. The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
