We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Enjoy a nice stay in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. In the middle of the beautiful Xanten you will live in a private floor in our beautiful house. To do this, use the front entrance and are therefore undisturbed for yourself. The apartment has a nice bedroom, a kitchen-living room for cooking and resting as well as a bathroom for sole and private use. It was a super nice weekend for my boyfriend and me, the perfect weekend trip to just escape everyday life and relax. It was really a very modern furnished and cozy tiny house as seen in the pictures in real even so much more beautiful. We will definitely come back - I can only recommend it. Many thanks to the friendly hosts and also to the nice staff who made our departure unforgettable with the great Meet&Greet with the alpacas.

The photos don't do the apartment justice; it's just amazing, very complete, and perfect for a weekend away. From the stunning bathroom with a bath to the super comfortable bed and the incredible entertainment system, everything seems perfectly set up. The surrounding forest is fantastic for walking or riding your mountain bike. Lastly, the wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden with the amazing views through the valley is exceptional, all thanks to the incredible hosts of this apartment.

We spent a weekend in the apartment. Before arriving, we were well informed with a "Welcomebook" and also with helpful information with photos on where to find the parking space. Great! So we arrived easily and relaxed. The apartment is incredibly cozy. The old building, the spacious rooms, the two balconies, really great! We felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen in terms of amenities. We were able to enjoy a bottle of wine, water and some chocolate. With such nice attentions you feel very welcome. Julia and Lars are very friendly hosts, were always available and a very pleasant and straightforward communication was possible. We really enjoyed the days. Thank you for everything

Ingrid and Ewald were great hosts. The apartment is really very nice, comfortable and well furnished. There was nothing missing. Highlights are the many small technical features 😄👍 (lighting, blinds)! The location is perfect for cycling or hiking. There were helpful documents in the apartment, for example, from the ADFC😎! The time was too short to explore everything, i.e. we would love to come back😁!

The apartment is beautifully large and lovingly furnished. Antje and her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us everything. Only the dog of the house does not like visitors and has also said this clearly. The apartment is upstairs and easily accessible via creaky spiral staircase and room door. Other rooms start from the hallway on the upper floor, which are used with other people during the day (cosmetics studio?). We were particularly enthusiastic about Antje's friendly and uncomplicated manner. She was immediately there if we had any questions or needed help, so we felt well taken care of. If you can easily hide secondary noise, this apartment will feel very, very comfortable in this apartment, because from my point of view it offers everything you need to feel good. We had a nice stay at Vincent's accommodation - nicely decorated, clean and with a more comfortable bed! Very idyllic with cows right outside the seating area! All the people at the farm were super nice and friendly! Behind the hut, a country road runs, which can be heard. It didn't bother us, but you should know if you plan to stay longer.
