Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. The love nest

The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.

My place is surrounded by meadows and forest. The Ravel hiking trail is 3 km away. Bicycle and hiking trails far and wide. . You will love my place because of the spacious kitchen-living room, the comfortable bed and the view of the greenery,the beautiful garden. The property is not suitable for children under 3 years.
