La villa proposée par Chahrazed était magnifique, identique aux photos, dans un quartier paisible. La piscine était propre et magnifique. Le jardin était beau et accueillant. L’endroit était parfait pour notre barbecue autour de la piscine. La communication avec Chahrazed était facile elle répond très vite et bien serviable. Elle nous a amené le un barbecue grand et tout neuf pour nos grillades car celui sur place était un peu petit La maison est accueillante et très pratique et peut contenir facilement les dix personnes indiqués Je recommande la maison de Chahrazed et je retournerai bien chaque fois que je veux faire une rencontre familiale élargie Merci beaucoup

Séjour au top ! L’emplacement est assez central, il y a tout à proximité. Nesrine et son amie ont été super accueillantes et disponibles, communication parfaite. Je recommande !

Séjour agréable au calme, sans vis-à-vis. L’hôte nous a gentiment accueilli et avait prévu des bouteilles d’eau fraîche (utile pour ces chaleurs), il nous a même montré le chemin jusqu’à la maison qui est située en hauteur sur un chemin escarpé. La maison est surveillée par un garde le soir. Vous pouvez vous garer directement sur le terrain grâce à un parking réservé. C’était vraiment très plaisant de se baigner sans être vu et avec une vue aussi belle sur la mer et les montagnes. Je souligne par contre que nous n’avions pas de casserole (prévoyez en une si vous souhaitez cuire des pâtes par exemple) et qu’il y avait quelques insectes (au cas où certains en serait phobiques). Encore merci à l’hôte pour ce séjour mémorable et sa gentillesse lorsqu’il nous a offert du pain tout chaud à notre départ !

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

très bon séjour chez Touraya et son mari qui sont très gentils et très accueillant ! l'appartement est vaste et bien équipé la piscine et superbe, il est possible de garer une voiture dans la propriété ce qui est sécurisant, rez de jardin plus frais quand il fait chaud

Excellent location in an upmarket neighbourhood. Directly across the street is a great restaurant and café, perfect for morning breakfast and dinner in the evening. Quiet area at night and good security. Located on a side street with on street parking outside the front gate. Quick three minute drive, or 10-15 minute walk down the hill to La Marsa beach. Would highly recommend! Only shortcoming was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned. There was rain the night before so the pool was full of leaves.

✨ Un vrai petit bijou à Sidi Bou Saïd ! L’appartement était exactement ce que nous cherchions : typique, décoré dans le pur style tunisien, avec beaucoup de charme. Situé dans une petite impasse calme, il offre une vraie immersion dans l’atmosphère du village. 🏡 Très propre, bien agencé, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Rien à redire ! L’accueil était également impeccable. Je recommande vivement ! 🌟

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Khansa war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! 😊

I had a great stay! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and inviting. Dodi was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed — and the amenities provided made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Excellent séjour, la maison correspond parfaitement aux photos. Elle est bien équipée, située idéalement et la vue du toit est superbe! De plus la communication avec Ziad fut un plaisir. Nous reviendrons!

Grande maison spacieuse pour une famille ou groupe d'amis, piscine et jardin sans vis a vis , les terrasses sont agréables pour manger matin et soir , toutes les commodités a quelques minutes en voitures et surtout des plages magnifiques autour. nous reviendrons sûrement.
