The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking is available both upstairs and downstairs on the property.

The house has 2 smaller gardens. They are not fenced, but there is a hedge out to the road. There is a large cozy courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
