The cabin is secluded in peaceful surroundings. In the summer you can drive all the way to the cabin, in the winter when there is snow it is 100 meters to walk. Ski slopes right outside the door and sledding hill and proximity to the ski lift. There is large terrace with chairs and table and cozy barbecue area, and you will hear the sound of a small creek running by. For the kids there is a small play hut. Inside the cabin there is a large living room with a fireplace and dining area for the whole family. Lots of good sleeping places in four bedrooms.

The cabin has several zones for tranquility and relaxation, including a furnished kitchenette with seating bench. Outside there is a large terrace with integrated seating benches. Kodlhomtjørn, a lovely bathing water is in slipper distance from the cabin. In winter, cross-country ski trails and Stavtjørn alpine are easily accessible. Fire pan outside. SUP available. Bed linen must be brought.

There are several hiking opportunities in both summer and winter! Free parking. The distance from common parking lot to the cabin is about 400 meters.

This is a peaceful, south facing, cabin with a pleasant view of Norwegian nature. Electricity is limited to 12V solar panel system, mainly used for fridge, lights and TV. There is a 230V, 1000W, converter where you can plug in phone chargers, PCs, vacuum cleaner etc. The cabin is without running water, and drinking water is provided in 25L canisters. Heat comes from the fireplace. Composting toilet. Foot pump driven shower. Propane driven hotplates and oven. This is living sustainability.
