The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Ett unikt hus från 1700-talet, en gästgivargård som var natthärbärge för resande med häst och vagn mellan Skåne och Stockholm på 17- och 1800-talen. Huset är renoverat i gammal i gammal stil, har nytt kök och badrum samt alla bekvämligheter. Bergvärme. Huset ligger på en höjd med utsikt över sjö, skog och beteshagar. In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's great-grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. In 1925, the small cottage was used as a small farmhand's house, while the upper floor and the part where the kitchen is now was storage and a granary. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.
