The home hadn't been cleaned when we arrived but James responded immediately and it was cleaned within a half hour. James was very helpful and my son and his family had a great stay in a home from home whilst visiting from Australia . Cost was comparable to local hotels but for a longer stay much more convenient for the family, and within easy reach of local amenities and of course Pendle Hill - a highlight for my grandchildren / thank you James

My second time staying at the location,hosts were happy to accommodate at such short notice, I opted for studio as I wanted use of kitchen facilities, hosts were very friendly also suggested places I could potentially visit in local area. Rooms were very well presented, spotless,felt ryt at home, would definitely be staying there again would recommend

Absolutely beautiful place. Full of character and charm and felt so cosy we did not want to leave. We had everything we needed and Dawn is a fantastic host. Lovely garden and pond with lots of birds flying by. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home and we would love to come again, this time to enjoy a cosy night in ❤️

beautiful apartment, was so clean, well designed and decorated as well as easy to access. Was lovely and quiet and slept amazingly well in that beautiful bed. My sons struggled on the sofa bed but what we have failed to find a comfy one yet so was to be expected. Coffee machine and pods were a plus, especially after a night out. The only downside we found was the shower temperature was hard to get just right but was fine for a quick wash. Thank you for a lovely stay, we enjoyed our time here.

This place is well understated, it is immaculate inside and extremely spacious you are definitely not getting a small cottage. The description and photos do not do it justice, we loved it, so much so I am booking it again.

This was perfect for my overnight stay. There are a few local amenities in walking distance and Bolton town centre is only a few miles away. The property was clean and comfortable and in a quiet residential location.

The flat was lovely, beautifully kitted out and with some interesting lighting features! There was lots of space inside. We appreciated being able to stay a bit longer before checking out so we could have a planned zoom meeting. Thank you for being accommodating.

This is a beautiful and perfectly laid out annexe apartment. Super clean and decorated/fitted to a high standard. Loved the extras such as the coffee machine and pods, and a very kind welcome treat! Paul and Rosie are quick to respond and both have a friendly manner. The annexe is attached to the family home, but I did not hear a thing from anyone else once inside. It was very helpful to have a car space provided on the driveway. Thank you for great hosting.

We loved our stay at The Vault. Tastefully furnished, this was very much our style. Comfy bed and pillows and a lot of thought had gone into everything you might need. Spoilt for choice on places to eat and drink in the surrounding area and with parking on the premises we didn’t use the car at all. Handy tram stop around the corner into Manchester. Lovely area to stay if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the city. Rob provides a handy guide book for everything you need to know. Would definitely stay again when visiting Manchester.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.
