It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. Free off-street parking for 1 vehicle and there is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens). The property has been lovingly refreshed with brand new decoration and flooring throughout. It's perfectly located for a family break and the promenade is less than two minutes walk away.
