The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Welcome to the Schwalbennest - our newly built apartment in a quiet location in the beautiful Allgäu. Located on the outskirts is our wooden house (built in 2023) with the Schwalbennest as a granny flat including its own entrance door and terrace in an absolute dream location. Our own products, such as raw milk and eggs from happy animals on our own farm (next door), will complete your vacation stay. With us you can feel pure natural idyll - mountain views included.

Auf'm Hof - Apartment Fuchs

In the apartment "Fuchs" you will find 1 living-dining-bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 additional bedroom. Are you two and one bed is enough for you? Feel free to stop by the "Hase" (our 2nd apartment) or contact us for a special offer, individually tailored to you. Our Fox is modern but simply furnished. Old wooden elements and the view from the balcony give it a special charm. You can park comfortably outside the front door in the carport reserved for our guests.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake.
