In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Am Ortsrande gelegen befindet sich unser Holzhaus (2023 erbaut) mit dem Schwalbennest als Einliegerwohnung inkl. eigener Eingangstüre und Terrasse in absoluter Traumlage. Unsere eigenen Produkte wie Rohmilch und Eier von glücklichen Tieren aus der eigenen Landwirtschaft (nebenan) runden deinen Urlaubs-Aufenthalt ab. Die Wohnung ist ein großzügiges 1-Zimmer-Loft (41 m²) mit unverbautem Panoramablick. Ende August wird sie renoviert und zu einer modernen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung umgestaltet. Sie verfügt über ein hochwertiges Boxspringschlafsofa, offene Wohnküche, luxuriöses Bad sowie Schlafbereich mit Boxspringbett. Ein Außenstellplatz ist inklusive.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.

In the apartment "Fuchs" you will find 1 living-dining-bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 additional bedroom. Are you two and one bed is enough for you? Feel free to stop by the "Hase" (our 2nd apartment) or contact us for a special offer, individually tailored to you. Our Fox is modern but simply furnished. Old wooden elements and the view from the balcony give it a special charm. You can park comfortably outside the front door in the carport reserved for our guests.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
