Large apartment with everything nearby!

Very cozy apartment with many nearby services (beach 350 meters away, supermarkets, bus station, library, clinic, restaurants) Very quiet apartment with little traffic. I will be delighted to welcome you to Blanes, to my home. Blanes is a charming coastal town that will not leave you indifferent. About the accommodation I have to add that: It does NOT have an elevator (2nd floor) It does NOT have heating (but it DOES have stoves) It does NOT have air conditioning (but it DOES have fans) Thank you!

Disfruta del encanto de este pequeño estudio que ofrece todos los servicios y comodidades. Está situado a unos escasos metros de la playa y en pleno centro de Blanes, junto a comercios, restaurantes y zonas de ocio. Dispone de un sofá cama sistema italiano que se transforma en una excelente cama de matrimonio. Fantástico apartamento situado en segunda linea de mar, a menos de 5 minutos caminando hasta la playa, en pleno centro de Blanes, rodeado de restaurantes, comercios, boutiques y zonas de ocio. Esta recién reformado y forma parte de una finca de más de 130 años de antigüedad. Consta de 2 habitaciones de matrimonio en suite, con secador de pelo. La cocina está completamente equipada con lo necesario para cocinar, además hay cafetera de goteo, hervidor de agua, tostadora, y lavadora.

Large 110 m2 apartment, next to the sea, on the beach, large terrace and private PARKING. Spectacular views (dining room all glass) and 2 SWIMMING POOLS (hours 10 am to 11 pm, Jun/Sep) with garden area (very well maintained), 3 rooms facing the sea and large garden area. Two full bathrooms with bathtub. 45 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona airport. Very well equipped, with air conditioning and heating. Gardens and playground next to the property.
