It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Great stay with one-of-a-kind hospitality! We stayed in the apartment for 12 nights and it really exceeded our expectations. Carlotta was just fantastic: from the first moment she gave us a warm welcome, gave us detailed check-in instructions and recommendations for restaurants, attractions and transportation in Monaco. Whenever we needed something he was immediately responsive, with a smile and solutions. The apartment itself is bright, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped – the photos do it justice! We enjoyed every morning our coffee on the balcony, overlooking the sea and the iconic towers of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus the extra touches (premium toiletries, coffee appliance, scented sticks, etc.) made us feel right at home. A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

Great stay at Elodie and Florent's! Welcome, inside and outside 5/5. Plus, the area is absolutely stunning! Go there without hesitation.

This spot was peaceful and just what I needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Short walk (1km) to the beach, otherwise not a lot to do around. Would stay again!

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Great location, wonderful views, nice stay, clean bathrooms, kitchen and facilities. A little on the costly side, nevertheless it was a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!
