On 30 square meters you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and an open living area with a kitchen. From the terrace and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can look far across the field and watch deer, hares and storks. The fireplace creates atmosphere on cold days, the infrared heating provides comfort. Great for slowing down.

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Whether it's a relaxing weekend for two, walks along the dike, or a sauna session in the open air, this place invites you to unwind and forget about time.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

The entire building was extensively renovated in accordance with the Far Eastern harmony teachings of Feng Shui and using high-quality natural materials (clay, wood). It impresses with its carpentry work, for example, the solid wood kitchen with Miele appliances, which was manufactured as a one-of-a-kind. Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Just a ten-minute walk from idyllic Lake Sumter, it combines natural living with modern comfort. The bright living room has been designed with natural materials and large windows create a harmonious connection to the surrounding nature, so that you immediately feel at home.

Romantic barn on the Elbe

Our cozy half-timbered barn welcomes you with its thick oak beams and large garden. However, the steep staircase is not suitable for small children or people with physical disabilities. You can walk to the Elbe in the nature reserve in 5 minutes and to the city center with shops and restaurants in 2 minutes. On the Elbe Cycle Route you can see storks and sea eagles or you can simply enjoy the sunset with a view of the walnut tree.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
