Dans ce charmant bâtiment à colombages, autrefois maison du vigneron, vous séjournerez dans un vaste duplex équipé pour 10 personnes. Doté de 4 chambres dont 2 suites parentales avec salle d'eau privative, d'un vaste salon, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une salle de bains, de 2 wc, d'une terrasse privative et d'un jardin joliment paysagée. Parking privatif.

Located in EPFIG on the Alsace Wine Route, 30 minutes from Strasbourg to the north and 30 minutes from Colmar to the south, at the foot of the Vosges, Europa Park is less than an hour away. You have a bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, living room with kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, stove) table for up to 6 people and sofa bed.

Luxurious wooden cottage adjoining an old house from 1621, with romantic french garden.Garage. Built with natural materials providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a bio-etanol chimney in the living-room, a mezzanine with flat screen TV, a private bathroom with Italian shower, a wellness area with norvegian sauna or steam room with plants.

The cottage is designed for 2 people only. Only adults without children. The accommodation is conveniently located on the wine route between Strasbourg (25 km) and Colmar (30 km). At the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Mittelbergheim (classified village) are only a 5-minute drive away. For nature lovers, many trails are directly accessible from the cottage.

With its wooden structure and overhang, this original contemporary home is the ideal starting point for your stay in Alsace. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (each with their bathroom) and a private terrace. No pets allowed. After a bit of tinkering, we can now assure fully functioning Wi-Fi (since sept 2017)

The apartment is located in Itterswiller, a small hillside village - halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg - on the Alsace wine route. On the first floor of a characterful house, enjoy a bright and renovated home with neat decor, a panoramic terrace and a garden area in the courtyard.
