Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Block Island Sound

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

What a wonderful stay! It truly is a bright and cheerful home. Eric thoroughly communicated all we needed to know before checking in. He was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay. We did! The home is in a quiet location but close enough to all that Mystic has to offer. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. It is cozy, clean, comfy and we can’t wait to be back for another relaxing stay!

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

I have stayed at lots of places in the last few years . . . and this place ranks right at the top. It is beyond beautiful. The water views from the living room and both bedrooms made it hard to leave and come home. It's actually even more amazing than the pictures. Don't think twice! Book this place now!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Westerly, look no further! The home had all the amenities, and the dogs loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. The property was also close to downtown and the beaches in the area. We'll tell our friends about this place and gladly stay there again!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! Less than a 5 minute walk to beautiful downtown Mystic. The hosts were helpful, always responded quickly and even left a sweet welcome package. The home was just as described and perfect for our family of 8. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and they even purchased a pack-n-play to accommodate our grandbaby! I highly recommend this wonderful home!

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

We had a great stay in Mystic over Father's Day and Joanne’s place was part of why it was a great weekend. Her place is minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and yet super woodsy. LOVED waking up and seeing the trees and listening to the birds in bed, which was quite comfortable and cozy. Inside was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor area looked like a fun place to hang out, however the weather didn't permit that. We were especially happy to have the electric wood heater in the unit to make it cozy since the weather was damp and cool. We also appreciated the very detailed instructions book which included nuts and bolts about the home, plus lots of other helpful info. A great place to stay!

Great space, lovely view, and nice amenities. Very close to everything. If you're a very light sleeper, the train may bother you since it starts at 6am - but we had a toddler, so he was fascinated. I would recommend it!

We had an amazing time in Rhode Island, and the secluded location of Lori’s home was the perfect place to unwind after a jam packed day.

This was a beautiful and quaint location to spend a small anniversary getaway. There were a few local places within walking distance that had great food, other sites withing a 15min drive for a nicer evening out, and all culminated to a cozy couch where my wife and I read before a wonderfully restful night in a very comfy bed. Exactly our style and what we were looking for. We will definitely be making our way back up this way whenever we need a day or two away, and also recommending it to others looking for the same.

Loved Nancy’s place! Perfect for my family to be comfy. Not far from the places we planned to go. Even my teenagers loved it and if a teenager loves something, it’s gotta be great lol!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was the perfect spot to be near the main attractions around Thames Street and convenient to walk elsewhere. We loved having a private parking spot for our car as well. Bonus perk for being able to bring our dog with us! The hosts checked on us every evening if we needed anything—provided recommendations, and were super friendly and welcoming! Only downside to being so close to downtown is the loud noise from a nearby bar late at night on weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Newport/Pelham Court and hope to come visit again in future! Thanks for having us! :)

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

Fantastic weekend spent in Montauk! Close to everything. Matthew was quick to respond to my questions before we arrived. Would defiantly book again!
