Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. Akerdijk is located in Badhoevedorp and offers a garden, jetty with rowboat. The accommodation is 18 km from Zandvoort aan Zee and offers free WiFi and private parking. You have your own entrance and access to two floors. The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Amsterdam is 5 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 4 km from Akerdijk.

Busy You @ Sea is a fully renovated studio, open since March 2024. One minute walk from the dunes. The beach and city center are also within walking distance. The place to relax and unwind! The cozy studio with its own entrance (29 m2, open space) is located in the basement and equipped with every comfort. French doors give access to your private terrace, overlooking the (partially fenced) garden.

The vacation home is located 25 minutes away by train from Amsterdam, close to the beach and Zaanse Schans, near the cheese city Alkmaar, close to Schiphol Airport. Your dog is also welcome, we charge 10 euros per night.
