The plot is a 2580m2 natural plot, where the emphasis is on biodiversity with unique planting, which allows privacy and invites for stays in different zones. There are wooden terraces to the south and east – there is also a covered terrace. It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Søbred's summer cottage in Rebild, Hornum lake

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

We just gave the house an upgrade. Here we have added a little more space for the dining area, among other things. There is a new kitchen, now with a dishwasher. Three bedrooms, all with duvets and pillows. You must bring your own bed linen and towels when you visit the cottage. The apartment is 86 m2 spread over 2 floors and with a covered terrace with gas grill and a beautiful balcony for afternoon cocktails and relaxation. There are 5 beds (1 180x220 cm, 2 90x220 cm) in 2 rooms. In addition, an alcove in the bedroom with one 90x220 cm sleeping space. There is one private parking for the apartment. All prices include the use of electricity, water & heating.

The sea lodge

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Stay undisturbed in your own annex close to Aalborg

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic Kettrup Bjerge, 750 meters from the North Sea’s sandy beaches. We have just finished renovating the kitchen, dining area and living room in this beautiful house, and we hope that you will love it, as much as we do. The house has high ceilings, scandi-vibes, a fireplace, and stunning views of nature. The house has several large terraces to soak up the sun no matter the time of the day and the best beach in all of Denmark is only five minutes walk away.

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests.
