Sweet, sunny and cozy apartment in the lovely Elm Heights Neighborhood minutes from IU and all that Bloomington has to offer. This is a walkout basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
