We are excited to welcome friends old and new to our beautiful condo in Townsend, Tennessee. It is a 2 bedroom/2bath 1200 sf well-appointed unit in quiet, gated and wooded Cades Cove Reserve. We are 3 miles from Smoky Mountain National Park and 12 miles from Cades Cove. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. Our end unit is ground level and only steps away from parking. We have a fully functional kitchen and laundry. Availability limited to adults and mature youth.

This newly renovated, centrally-located, lower level duplex is walking distance to downtown Maryville. It is also only a few minutes drive from McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville airport), while also being close to Knoxville, The Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, & Pigeon Forge. There is a queen bed and futon in the spacious bedroom as well as an inflatable mattress that can be set up, upon request.
