It was the perfect place for our family, cozy, very peaceful, the details make it beautiful, the view is very nice. Close to restaurants and popular attractions. The host's attention was incredible, she answered immediately although we didn't have to bother her much since everything was perfect. It's a place we want to return to.

We loved the cabin, and it was perfect for a weekend getaway for small families! It is situated right next to the road, so be aware of that. It was no problem to navigate! We would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy riverfront home! The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. There’s great food nearby and so many options within just a short drive. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

My group of friends couldn't travel far for our trip this year but being at this lake house made it feel like we were forever away. It was perfect! The cove is so calm and smooth. The deck was perfect for early coffee, mid day floating and sips and chips at night. The dock was also well stocked for our lake time. The house was organized and super clean. I'll be booking again for sure!

This was a wonderful place for my family and me to spend the week. We loved having all the conveniences of a charming, well-established town while still being just a short drive from the beauty and adventure of the Smoky Mountains. It was the perfect balance of comfort and location.

We loved our stay! The house was a perfect size for our girls trip. We felt cozy but had plenty of room to lounge inside, on the screened in porch and beside Little River. I would absolutely stay here again. Rebecca was a lovely host and the house had all the amenities we needed.

We loved the patio and sounds of the spring. Perfect place to relax and enjoy a beautiful day. It was the perfect location on the peaceful side and close to all we wanted to do. We absolutely LOVED this home. Incredibly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and peaceful. Yvonne was very responsive and you could tell great care was taken to ensure that the guests feel right at home. We absolutely would stay here again.
