Enjoy the park like setting 12 min from Airport, 15 min from Neyland Stadium, 40 min from Smoky Mountains. This guest suite is lovingly maintained and scrupulously cleaned. I’m not walkable to down town.

Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .
