Opening on May 13, 2026 Our fully renovated Lindenhaus, which can accommodate up to 14 people, will be available for rent starting May 13, 2026. The Lindenhaus, with its own large garden and beautiful terrace, is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein, with sweeping views over the surrounding fields. In addition to the kitchen, living/dining room, guest toilet, and utility room, a double and a twin bedroom on the ground floor share a shower room. On the upper floor, there are five double-bed rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The former wash house is quietly and idyllically located in a listed estate from 1781 in the municipality of Neuburg/Northwest Mecklenburg. Our house "Poeler Mother Goose" is located in the middle of the nature reserve overlooking the Baltic Sea and the opposite skyline of Wismar. It is 800 meters to the natural beach, and all other beaches are accessible by bike. The island is perfect for families and nature lovers.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you can reach the harbor and the shopping mile very quickly. Bicycles can be parked in the small courtyard. Next year we want to renovate the courtyard. Parking in front of the house with a fee, for unloading ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces there. One with fees and one without.
