A small but inviting front yard is surrounded by a hedge for privacy. Sit under the apple tree in a double Adirondack lounger to maximize your time away or fire up the on-site propane grill for a cookout. Extra Amenities & Details Guest amenities include a washer/dryer, crib and high chair, parking for one car at the main house with access to more parking by request. Hurricane Helene Update: We are incredibly fortunate that our property did not suffer damage from the storm and the main roads to and from our home are accessible. Internet and power have been restored, and our property is ready to offer a lovely refuge for anyone needing a temporary place to stay. We are devastated by the losses experienced in Western NC and encourage any locals to reach out with a message prior to booking if you want to spend a few days at the Hemlock. We want to help.

We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer.
