Lake house holiday rentals in Blue Ridge Lake

Guidos recommendations were the best! We tried all the places he recommended and they were amazing. House is beautiful and close enough to Helen for bikers like ourselves, but for way less. A couple of restaurants near the home, all delicious. 2 sets of washer and dryers. Beds were insanely comfortable and home has everything you need. Host were also great about letting us check in earlier. Thank you!

Our family of 10 spent four nights at the Lighthouse in the Cove. There was plenty of room to be together and plenty of places to have some privacy. Every detail was taken care of by our host. Detailed information on everything in the house was easily accessible. It was nice to have some coffee available to help get us started. It was helpful to have some body wash, shampoo and conditioner available. There was plenty of dry firewood and a fire starter available. Our host were very responsive and helped us find a close place for a quick hike. Definitely will be returning on our next family adventure.

This house has everything you need for a getaway. We stayed on the decks more than in the house. The furniture outside has been upgraded since the photos on the listing. Kitchen was spotless and had everything I need to cook for my family. I will be back. There are 125 steps to get to the water. I knew it would be a trek, so it didn’t bother me. But, just a heads up if you aren’t able to climb that many steps. All of the houses are like that.

Overall this was a very nice lake house! Jessica was an amazing host, and the house and property were as described. Scenery is very beautiful. Kids loved the kayaks and canoe. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

The cabin was perfect! Clean, comfy, lots of board games! We enjoyed our stay!

Loved staying at this lake house! I would 100% recommend staying here. The views are amazing and it has its own private dock. We used that every day that wasn’t raining. Water was a little cold but that’s to be expected in early June. Everything went as planned and we had a great time. The five of us slept comfortably and weren’t on top of each other. Our dog loved it too! It was his first time in a large body of water we took a lot of pictures. We have a lot of great memories!

We decided to book both the upstairs and downstairs so the review will be the same. The upstairs portion is very open, very modern and amazing. While we did not cook, we could tell it had everything one would need. The view was absolutely amazing and you could walk from right behind the houses to the Sandbar which is a must. I felt like I never wanted to leave. The downstairs has 2 bedroom and 1 bath. It is a little more sectioned off and not an open floor plan, but absolutely clean, an amazing view and again had everything one would want. We hope to book again very soon and I want to thank Guido and Tracie for providing a place walkable to many restaurants. One would have to drive the marina even though across the street as the street is super busy. It wasn’t a problem at all and we loved the marina. Sit at the bar for faster service. We also loved the Lakeview Tavern and book Lake Chatuge Tours for private tour on a lovely pontoon boat.

Our 4th year staying at this little jewel. Obviously, we really enjoy it. If you’re looking for something super fancy, this ain’t it. If you want a wonderful, clean, comfortable lakefront home for your family vacation, then look no further!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, very close to town/restaurants.

Everything was as described. Porch was pretty dusty but hey it’s a cabin in the woods. Great location to the dock and town. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Hemlock Hideaway was the perfect cabin to spend time with my 2 daughters and grandchildren. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. The surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. The grandkids loved seeing all the deer! Hemlock Hideaway was the perfect home away from away!

I can't say enough about Lisa's home! It had everything listed and more. The thoughtfulness in the little details made this the best experience we have had with an Airbnb. This home is beautiful and the amenities at the lake were perfect. Our family had a wonderful week and hope to do it again in the future.

From the moment we arrive we felt at home. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back. The Walnut Mountain community is beautiful. Definitely check out the pool. Town is close if you want to sight see or go out to eat.

We have stayed in several airbnbs in different locations and this was one of the best ones. We needed a lot of room for family coming in and out and this house provided that. Everyone fit at one huge dining table, even outside there was seating for a lot of people. There weren’t breakable decorations everywhere that kids needed to avoid. Things like that are pretty but we always have to stay on guard at homes like that and this home was beautifully decorated but could handle kids and a crowd. Our dog had plenty of room to run and swim and the dock was easily accessible for swimming and kayaking. We appreciate all of the kayaks and paddle boards that were available and also the sunscreen and bug spray that was in the home. This house is not one of those completely empty homes where you have to buy everything for just a few days. There are spices available, toiletries that smell amazing and a master bathroom that dreams are made!!! There’s also a bait shop almost next door open 7am-10pm!

What a gorgeous home and neighborhood! We have stayed at many Airbnb’s, and we all agreed it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed. We are so grateful to Darlene for sharing her beautiful home! The lake is stunningly beautiful, and the location of the house could not be more perfect. Our children loved fishing and swimming right off of the private dock. All of the beds and linens were so comfortable- we truly felt right at home. The space is much larger and even more beautiful than the photos depict. All of the furnishings are stylish and in great condition. We would absolutely love to stay again!

The house is located in a quiet place next to a lake which gives it a relaxing atmosphere. The house has everything you need, it is spacious and comfortable. The only observation is that some pillows are not so comfortable. In general everything was good 😊.

Very clean. Quiet. Seemed to be very recently updated. A nice touch to have a separate small living space for a person in your group who wants their own sleeping quarters. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Joel and Stephanie are great hosts. Any question they answer right away. This vacation house is a dream house. Brand new construction, nice and clean, all equipments included. Beautiful area with walking range to Lake Chatuge. I highly recommend this vacation house.

This cabin is truly amazing. The photos do not do it justice!! Austin is a wonderful host and was very responsive and quick to answer questions. We had 4 adults and several kids. This home offers tons of space, a spacious kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pans. The host had waiting for us extras like hand soap, small shampoo/conditioner, and basic spices. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Each room had black out curtains which was so nice for the days we could sleep in. Our girls played softball at Camp Jordan (1 hr 10 min) and Edwards Park in Dalton (48 min) but was worth the drive. The home has a working elevator for hauling the heavy cooler up and down to the car, along with our bags upon check in and check out. The front porch is a dream and the surrounding area is peaceful. If we hadn’t been coming for softball, this would have been an awesome choice for a restful retreat in the woods.

Our group of four enjoyed two lovely nights at “Hilltop Haven.”The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable! We appreciated that all necessary cooking utensils and supplies were provided and everything worked well! Some perks we especially enjoyed: 1) The vintage record player 2) The views were gorgeous 3) Well-stocked with games 4) We enjoyed soaking in the marvelous large bathtub 5) The view from the clubhouse was spectacular! Joanna was a delightful host and easy to communicate with. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!
