House holiday rentals in Blue River

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone in our party. Close to various ski areas and the town of Silverthorne has everything you need for a great visit. We greatly enjoyed the amenities center and the hot tub/heated pool. Highly recommend!

This is the second spring break we have spent at this beautiful home. We enjoyed our time here just as much this time as we did last year. It’s truly a clean, lovely space with spectacular views.

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Darren was probably the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. He was extremely accommodating and helpful, very quick to respond too. The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we hoped it would be. We will definitely be back!

For a family of four staying in Breck that wants access to Main St. but doesn’t want to be in town, you cannot do better. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. To top it off, we had multiple moose encounters! This is all not mentioning how communicative and helpful Ashley was as a host. Absolutely would stay here again.

This place was IMPRESSIVE!!! We visited Feb 22-27 and it was snowy and absolutely beautiful!!!! The amount of sleds etc in the garage was a lovely surprise, as well as the condiments etc… The beds were comfy, loved the extra blankets. The kiddos really enjoyed the bunks. It was .just really a wonderful experience in a wonderful city! Very easy to get to Breck and the surrounding mountains. So happy!!

Highly recommend this property! Not only did it have plenty of space, it was very clean! The beds were cozy unlike previous airbnbs I’ve stayed at. They provided plenty of suggestions for restaurants and grocery, as well as hikes and general things to do around town. The drive into Breckenridge was super easy and yet far enough outside of it that you didn’t feel the chaos of the town!

We absolutely loved the Pinetop Getaway! Location was perfect, it felt secluded and quiet but still close to downtown Breck. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace at night, it was so cozy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Blue River! The home was cozy, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a perfect mountain retreat. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our days on the slopes. One of our favorite features was the stunning river rock fireplace—we used it daily and it made the home feel so warm and inviting. The location was also ideal, just an easy 8-mile drive to Breckenridge, giving us quick access to skiing, dining, and shopping while allowing us to enjoy the peace and beauty of Blue River.

Honestly, we feel that we have been spoiled for any other Air B and B that we will stay in! Family of 6- had the best visit ever. Reviews said that kitchen was stocked- it was amazingly stocked. We cook and usually have to buy a few things that we wind up leaving. We did not have to. There was plenty of room for all of us. (58,57, 31, 28, 12, and 9) We saw a fox daily and an elk twice in the yard. Hanging out on the deck to read and have happy hour or coffee in the morning was the best. The location was right in the middle of everything we did- hiking, fishing, shopping and exploring. You will not regret staying here!

This home was so beautiful! We had 8 adults and 3 children/babies in this home for 4 nights and it was the perfect amount of space! We were each able to have our own space, but come together in the common areas. We loved the neighborhood and took a few little walks to see the mountains surrounding the area. The hot tub was perfect, especially when it snowed! The kitchen was well equipped and met all our needs. We had a fantastic time!

Great layout for the family. Beautiful neighborhood and peaceful surroundings. Kitchen dining and porches were great for socializing. The kids loved the basement game room.

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

Jessica’s place was perfect for our family, and maybe the most responsive/helpful host we’ve had so far. The house is unique and stands out from other typical mountain cabins. Tons of natural light and beautiful design, and wonderful amenities like the pizza oven and sauna. Can’t recommend the cabin or Jessica as host any higher!

This place was awesome . It was very clean and felt like you were in your own home . There was plenty of amenities which a lot of Airbnb’s don’t supply but this had place everything you could think of . Kristin was very responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better host . Highly recommending staying here !!

Anna thought of everything, I brought my little dog and was surprised to see bowls, a gate and treats for her! The space is beautiful, cozy and well equipped with everything we needed, the views are breathtaking, even saw a couple of moose! Only a 25min drive to breck with great views of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again.

Cabin in the sky was the perfect place for my sister’s birthday weekend! The location cannot be beat! They had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home in the mountains. It is close enough to town and hikes, but while you are at the house you feel as though you are the only ones around. It was comfortable, clean, and absolutely perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we can return again in the future!

Great house with plenty of space for two families. The area was very peaceful and absolutely stunning and just 15-20 minutes from town. Would love to come back again during the summer.
