Definitely a great place to stay if you’re driving to LA and need a convenient stop for some rest, as it’s right next to the I-10. The property also offers great amenities, with its location right in front of the river this is perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No issues at all so highly recommend!

We needed a place to stay while driving long distance back to Southern California. We enjoyed a nice dinner prepared in the kitchen, and had a good night sleep before heading out early the following morning to beat the heat. We would have loved to stay a little longer to enjoy the river,...... next time.

At the top of our list was a tiny home, which impressed us with its fantastic features and amenities. The resort provided us with clear communication about everything we needed to know—from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The location, right in front of the river, was particularly special for us since I have a deep love for water. The sights and sounds were incredibly calming. Additionally, the resort was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. I would recommend this place for anyone who just wants to get away. We will definately be back.

Super cute tiny home. We did not feel cramped at all. It was very clean, beds were firm foam mattresses but very comfortable (I was surprised). Bathrooms and linens were spotless and had plenty of hot water for showers. The pool/jacuzzi were super nice and wish we had brought our swimsuits. We had a great time in the clubhouse playing pool, air hockey and checkers instead. Clean, safe and fun environment/place. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We stayed in a small and cozy log cabin, which was well thought out. The toilets are shared, but are only a minute away from the log cabin. Everything is very clean. The Colorado River flows directly along the campsite. So beautiful!

We frequent Arizona Oasis sveral times a year, as we have family who live there. This was the best rental we have had there. Everything worked perfect, house guest friendly. I cant wait to go back next month. Super comfy house, had the best sleep I have had in months. Thank you Sonia.

This place was everything we hoped for and more! James was a fantastic, kind & friendly a host. The community was beautiful. Walking distance to the river that was also a perfect spot for my little family and the playground! Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely go back (very soon) and stay at this location again. We felt right at home!

Very clean! Paul answered questions about kitchen before we arrived. Very responsive! In town to visit friends who winter in Quartzsite. Very convenient. Grateful this location was available when prior booking cancelled due to renovations not yet done! Would stay again if in area.

The place was absolutely spotless and spacious for a 1bedroom apt. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc and the location was very conveniently within town. Fast wifi too! Would highly recommend.

Cactus Cottage sorta exceeded my expectations ("clean&comfy, that's all I ask")! It is such a sweet space, super clean throughout, and stocked with just about every basic necessity. It's well insulated, the A/C works great, the shower was spacious, the water was hot, and the curtains offer serious privacy. I wish I could've arrived sooner or stayed longer to enjoy everything... prepare a light meal or watch a movie, but especially sipping hot coffee on the deck watching the sunrise.
