Monthly Rentals in Bo Phut Beach

Simple and charming villa right on the beach. Located within walking distance of Fisherman’s village, it was our favorite place we stayed in Samui. Villa has everything needed for an enjoyable stay, and we were easily able to cook breakfast in the morning in the well equipped kitchen. We appreciated some electricity was included in the price, and we had no problem staying within the allocated amount. Tunchanok was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to our requests. We especially appreciated the early check in and late check out. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return someday.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. First, the local management company was super responsive and always the friendliest attitude. The house is magnificent. Very functional kitchen, living area was roomy and with very comfortable sofas. Large refrigerator, easy stove to work and all of the pots, pans, utensils and service ware you will need. I did not use the outside BBQ but I did look it over and it is also, top notch quality. The rooms are very roomy, bathrooms spacious, lots of hot water and very good water pressure. The property has a very private feel. The beach is walkable at low tide and floating in the infinity pool gives you the feeling of being in the bay. There is plenty of towels and linens. We stayed for 17 days and was very sad to leave.

First of all, I have to say, Daniel is an excellent host! Right when we landed, we had a driver waiting for us to take us to the residences. Daniel was there, even though it was early in the morning, waiting for us to greet us and show us everything. He tried to help with a scooter rental, and even got us tennis rackets to use the court. Very grateful for the hospitality. The flat itself is a small flat but adequate and with everything you'll need. Small nit-picking, the water pressure is low and the bathroom is a bit ... open space with a glass door. Other than that, it's all clean and good. Good washing machine / dryer, big fridge, big TV, all working great. Good internet as well. The gym in the complex was not that great, didn't end up using it. But the pool is big and the tennis court is a nice bonus ( easy to book anytime really ). Location is good, in 10-15 mins you are anywhere in the "busy" areas. But you can also have a bit of quiet walk at the beach if you want.

We had a wonderful time on Koh Samui and our stay at this condo. It is a large 1 bedroom with plenty of space to kick back and relax. It is a fairly small condo complex with only 7 units, so it felt very private. Most days, we were the only people using the pool. The location is right in between Bophut and Bangrak beaches, so you have a lot of options to walk to restaurants, bars and beach clubs. It has a great view of Fisherman's village and the bay from the back yard and the sunsets are really amazing.
