My family and I just spent 6 nights at Michel's place and absolutely loves it. While the location is away from the main tourist areas like Chaweng and Fisherman's Village market, we preferred it that way. Yes, it is right on the main road of the island but the street noise did not bother us at all since it's a quieter area. The two restaurants nearby on the beach are both fabulous and we frequently ate at both. The apartment does show signs of wear but none of which bothered us. The private plunge pool was a favorite of ours and the kids loved having a way to cool off at any time. I'd definitely recommend this apartment to families who prefer ..

We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The property is spacious, well-kept, and offers stunning ocean views, making it a great place to unwind. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. The location is ideal—secluded enough for peace and quiet, yet still close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff from Myanmar were incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure we had what we needed. The host, Brouillard, was very responsive throughout our stay and it was a pleasure chatting with him in French. Having a private driver made a huge difference, making transport effortless, and the bike rental service, delivered directly to the house, was a great convenience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and amenities. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized experience in Koh Samui.

I have stayed at Benjamins place a few times, he is always responsive when I need something. The townhouse is great, roomy and has a community pool, gym, sauna on location. Will be back.

I only stayed a few days but wish I could've stayed longer! It looked exactly like the photos! the rooms and living space were clean large and air conditioned. Maxim was a great host and was happy to show us all the amenities on the property. Would recommend a car/motorbike for getting around the island from this location.

It’s been such a pleasure staying in Bayside Villa. Claire has been very responsive before I arrived, she helped me having better idea of the facilities in the property, electricity usage policy, and provided required information when I needed to submit my TDAC. The house is over all perfect, gorgeous ocean view with very limited mosquitoes. I guess maybe it’s because the house was painted white so they don’t like it. The edgeless pool is so nice that me and my family took turns jumping in and playing. We used the kitchen a lot and there are plenty and various spice prepared. Thank that so we could make some seafood dishes at home! Also before I came I heard it might be a concern the island using water quality was not so good, so I brought a filter with me just I case. However actually the tap water is pretty much alright! They must have a good water filter installed. Also the fridge provides filter drinking water. Overall, it can be the best choice for a family trip down to Koh Samui!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa in Koh Samui. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful—even before our arrival, he reached out to offer support and was always quick to respond to any questions or needs during our stay. It made us feel really welcome and taken care of. The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The private pool is a dream, and the views from the property are breathtaking. One of the best parts was how close it was to a gorgeous, quiet beach that felt almost like a hidden gem. The whole experience was truly relaxing and luxurious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is really close to the beach which is great for an early morning swim in the ocean. It is quite spacious and you have everything you need, including fridge, microwave, hair dryer... The host is also really responsive. We had to change the booking due to travel changes in the last minute and he was really understanding. He let us change it both times and got the refund. Would definitely recommend it.

The place is wonderful. The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We received it clean and well-organized. The complex is also nice. The pool is very deep, so I couldn’t stay in it for long or be in it with my baby, but aside from that, the complex is great. There’s a free shuttle to the beach and the main street, which was really convenient.

Only good things to say about Aun and his place. The location is also perfect, 5 minutes from fisher, 5 minutes Chaweng. Close to the main road and everything you could possibly need near by.

We booked this place last minute and were genuinely surprised. We had 6 people stay, and it was plenty of space for all of us. The house was comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and it just had a great feel. The location was perfect, easy walk (2 min) to the beach and 10 min to Big Buddha where there were lots of restaurants. This place was great value for money, especially given the size and the location. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as close to the beach and sea which was beautiful. Pretty surroundings and we loved eating at hug Samui a little walk along the beach. Quiet area which we wanted. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The steps going up could be slippery when wet so we were careful. We loved the outside lounge area and the little private pool was much bigger then I thought and we loved it. We did not meet Roberto personally but were looked after by other representatives. Very happy with our stay here.

Great place, everything is very clean and feels very new, very nice and peaceful area too. Eric was very helpful, kind and extremely responsive if we ever needed anything. Would 100% go again!

Wir haben uns bei Tania sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden beim ersten Treffen sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral umgeben von mehreren Restaurants und gleichzeitig ein paar Meter fussläufig vom Strand entfernt. Tania bot uns direkt an, dass wir ihren Roller leihen könnten, was wir auch getan haben, sogar über unseren Aufenthalt bei ihr hinaus war das möglich und lief alles total unkompliziert. Sie hat sogar unser Gepäck zur nächsten Unterkunft gebracht, damit wir noch den Tag nach dem Checkout mit dem Roller verbringen konnten. Eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ev konum olarak harikaydı. Gece marketine yürüme mesafesindeydi ama kaostan da uzaktı. Fotoğraflarda gösterilen her şey mevcuttu. Deedy iyi bir ev sahibi, ufak bir sorunumuz olduğunda çözmek için hemen harekete geçti.

We recently visited the place. We were 6 people for 9 nights and it was extremely comfortable for each of us. The host was very welcoming. The house looks exactly like on the pictures, it was newly renovated. The host has prepared snacks and coffee for us. We had everything we needed. They cleaned the house during our stay and took care of the garbage regularly. Also, it is indicated that you have to pay electricity separately, and for 6 people/ 9 nights we paid around 600 TBH only, so it is definitely worth visiting! We really enjoyed and definitely recommend!

Beautiful house - really spacious (much bigger than looks on the pictures) - and lovely, modern decor. There was everything that we needed. The pool area was really nice too. Also, there's a nice bakery/ cafe 5 mins walk away and some local supermarkets. The beach with loads of restaurants is an easy 15 mins walk. Would also recommend "My cafe and restaurant" which is very close and was so nice we went twice. David also has some local Thai people who helped with organising transfers, which was great. The only point I'd mention is that there is a pack of (friendly!) stray dogs that live close to the apartment. They were not a problem at all, but I bring it up in case you are nervous around dogs. Overall a brilliant apartment and fantastic value for money. Would stay again.

спокойная отличная вилла. затраты на електрику и воду 3600 бат за 2 недели. Кондер мало включали, свет тоже. надо брать байк. На главной дороге слева и справа есть bike rent 250 бат сутки 150 сс Yamaha. берите на весь период. без байка там тяжко. бассейн хороший но требует реновации. очень порадовал большой smart TV в главном зале. Интернет хороший. есть много настольных игор и игрушек в шкафу при входе. уборка на высшем уровне. В душе напор слабый но достаточный. стиральная машинка хорошая. Кухня это отдельно - все приборы,посуда, посудомойка, огромных холодильник. мусор вывозят каждый день- очень удобно.Приходил часто уборщик бассейна.
