Das lila Gästehaus steht in einem weitläufigen Garten mit vielen alten Bäumen nah am Bauernhof und bietet Platz für Zweisamkeit, aber auch vier Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein. Achtung! Auf dem Hof finden gerade Bauarbeiten statt!

Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG mit eigenem Zugang. Aufteilung siehe Grundriss. Zum Haus gehören ein großer, ruhiger Garten der natürlich mitbenutzt werden kann. Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee.
