This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

I priset ingår 1st boenden i sommarparadiset Byxelkrok på Öland (5 bäddar) som består av (Säng 180cm) (Säng90cm) (Bäddsoffa 140cm) Det finns möjlighet till flerfamiljboende då det ligger två boenden i samma byggnad. Det är totalt 9st bäddar med 5st bäddar I den stora lägenheter och 4st bäddar I den lilla lägenheten. Cyklar finns att hyra på plats. Dem bägge boenden har separata badrum med dusch och toalett. Nära till Badplats. Nära till Padelbana. Egna sänkläder och handdukar medtages.

Nära till naturreservat och fyrar. Huset erbjuder fyra 90 cm sängar och en 160 cm säng. Stort badrum med dusch och en mindre gästtoalett. Kök och sällskapsyta i ett. Uteplatser finns i olika väderstreck. Sängkläder och duschhandukar ingår. Slutstädning gör gästen själv, städartikar finns.

A cozy and spacious 37 square meter, 2 room apartment with a sea view and all the essentials. The apartment is located just 300 meters from Böda’s white sandy beach—perfect for a swim! It features a small balcony, and the entire lawn outside is available for barbecuing, playing, or simply relaxing in the sun. The artisanal bakery Kaffestugan, offering heavenly freshly baked bread, is just a 10-minute walk away. We’re happy to share more of our favourite spots with you.

Here you live in two cabins, where the larger cottage contains a kitchen and three sleeping places ( a double bed, a sofa bed) and the smaller bedroom for two people and a newly made bathroom serving both cabins. The guest is responsible for cleaning the property before departure.

Two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed – plus a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious terrace with sun loungers and dining area.
