This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

Några steg ner till havet för ett dopp eller se solnedgången och Gotlandsfärjan passera på första parkett. Med strand och hällar ett stenkast bort. En liten promenad till restauranger och caféer eller strosa runt bland de mysiga sjöbodarna i hamnen. Lev det enkla livet i fridfulla och centralt belägna boende i idylliska Byxelkrok. En ny, välplanerad frigga med en skön säng, mysig soffa, tv, toalett, utedusch m varmvatten, litet kök, kylskåp med litet frys. Altan med både sol och skugga.

Detta speciella ställe ligger i centrala Byxelkrok, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. 200 m till badstranden och 500 m till shopping/restauranger vid Byxelkroks sjöbodar. Nära till naturreservat och fyrar. Huset erbjuder fyra 90 cm sängar och en 160 cm säng. Stort badrum med dusch och en mindre gästtoalett. Kök och sällskapsyta i ett. Uteplatser finns i olika väderstreck. Sängkläder och duschhandukar ingår. Slutstädning gör gästen själv, städartikar finns.

A cozy and spacious 37 square meter, 2 room apartment with a sea view and all the essentials. The apartment is located just 300 meters from Böda’s white sandy beach—perfect for a swim! It features a small balcony, and the entire lawn outside is available for barbecuing, playing, or simply relaxing in the sun. The artisanal bakery Kaffestugan, offering heavenly freshly baked bread, is just a 10-minute walk away. We’re happy to share more of our favourite spots with you.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Scenic and secluded but still close to beaches, attractions and nightlife. Exercise tracks, flower meadows and blueberry forests are nearby. Large property with access to, among other things, a sandbox, trampoline and swing set.

Here you live in a cozy cottage near Öland's longest sandy beach! The cottage has one bedroom with two bunk beds, a combined kitchen and living room with TV as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. Outside the cabin is a small cozy terrace with barbecue facilities.
