This special place is located in central Byxelkrok, making it easy to plan your stay. 200 meters to the beach and 500 meters to shopping/restaurants at Byxelkrok's lakeside cottages. Close to nature reserves and lighthouses. The house offers four 90 cm beds and a 160 cm bed. Large bathroom with a shower and a smaller guest toilet. Kitchen and living area in one. Patios are in different directions. Bed linens and bath towels are included. The guest does the final cleaning themselves; cleaning supplies are available.

This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

The artisanal bakery Kaffestugan, offering heavenly freshly baked bread, is just a 10-minute walk away. We’re happy to share more of our favourite spots with you.

Lilla Gläntan is a newly renovated home in Kalmar with a pool, sauna and several bedrooms. Here you live in a quiet residential area with space for socializing both inside and out. We live here ourselves for parts of the year and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do. This is a home to settle in year-round, with proximity to both the city and Småland's natural surroundings.

Here you live in a cozy cottage near sun and swimming on Öland's longest sandy beach! On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, toilet and shower, and two beds. On the upper floor, there is a cozy living room with TV and a bedroom with double bed. Outside the cottage there is a cozy patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
