We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. These can be arranged together or separately. Feel welcome as a guest, everything from 1-10 people. The listing refers to level 2, 6 people

This Beach House for 2 is on the most beautiful sand beach in Sweden, the stunning Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, Hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses nearby. The beach house is located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach.

Sköna sängar, en bäddsoffa för två och en våningssäng. Utedass med handtvätt. Enkel tvagningsplats. Dusch enligt ök i annat hus. Cyklar. Hängmatta. Hammock. Kylskåp. Spisplattor. Kaffebryggare. Bordsfläkt. Vatten på dunk. Vi diskar åt er gratis. Lakan och handdukar 50 kr pp. Städ 300 kr. Katter, fåglar och rådjur, även sett fladdermöss och ekoxar.

En liten promenad till restauranger och caféer eller strosa runt bland de mysiga sjöbodarna i hamnen. Lev det enkla livet i fridfulla och centralt belägna boende i idylliska Byxelkrok. Byxelkrok has a large selection of restaurants, there is also a grocery store and small shops in the boathouses.

The artisanal bakery Kaffestugan, offering heavenly freshly baked bread, is just a 10-minute walk away. We’re happy to share more of our favourite spots with you.
