Fläkt. Grill. Vatten på dunk. Vi diskar åt er gratis. Lakan och handdukar 50 kr pp. Städ 300 kr. Katter, fåglar och rådjur, även sett fladdermöss och ekoxar.

Cozy Beach House on Öland – Steps from the Sea

This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

It features a small balcony, and the entire lawn outside is available for barbecuing, playing, or simply relaxing in the sun. The artisanal bakery Kaffestugan, offering heavenly freshly baked bread, is just a 10-minute walk away. We’re happy to share more of our favourite spots with you.

Stuga i centrala Böda med 200 meter till kaffestugan , 400 meter till ica affären och ca 1 km till Böda hamn med resturang och 1 km till bödabukten och den milslånga sandstranden . Stugan ligger på Böda prästgård och är en del av vår gård men stugan är avskärmad och har en egen liten trädgård och uteplats . På gården finns djur , häst , hund och katt . Hästhagen går intill stugans trädgård . Här bor du mysigt på en gård mitt i centrala Böda med kyrkan som utsikt .

Only 40 meters down to the jetty, where the boat that is included is located. 3 km to central Mönsterås with restaurants and shops. You can also take the boat to Mönsterås. Bed linens, towels you bring yourself or you can rent from me SEK 150/per person. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest. Final cleaning can also be purchased from me for SEK 1200.

Here you live in a cozy cottage near Öland's longest sandy beach! The cottage has one bedroom with two bunk beds, a combined kitchen and living room with TV as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. Outside the cabin is a small cozy terrace with barbecue facilities.
