Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Couples, friends and small families will find stylish accommodation near the center. In addition to the tasteful, modern decor, the vacation home convinces with its furnishings. On the small terrace you can have a quiet breakfast or spend cozy evenings.

Tinyhouse in the nature of the Bode Valley

Our little cottage is quietly located in the deciduous forest of the eastern Harz Mountains, on a hillside with a view of the countryside. It is minimalist, cozy, and offers everything you need after an active day. The Thale climbing area and bike park are within easy reach, and hiking trails start right outside the door. Afterwards, you can relax by the stove—indoors or outdoors—accompanied by the sound of the Bode River and birdsong in the morning.

This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

Mountain time vacation home

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This beautiful old Harz house is located in the heart of Sankt Andreasberg. It was completely modernized by 2022. In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.
