The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Are you planning a trip to Munich City or preparing for a business trip to Munich? Our accommodation offers convenient access to Munich city center and Oktoberfest via the S8 line, making travel easy. From Johaneskirschen, you can reach the City center in 15 minutes and Oktoberfest in 20 minutes. Allianz Arena is an 11-minute, and Messe is a 15-minute drive. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Here you will find an apartment in the middle of Munich's student district. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an open living/sleeping area with a double box spring bed and a dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there are 2 hotplates, a large refrigerator, a coffee and an espresso machine and plenty of dishes. The apartment has a nice bright bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway offers plenty of space. The neighborhood has many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Some cupboards are locked, and a few boxes with miscellaneous items are open – please don’t take anything from them. You’ll find a large empty wardrobe for your things. Beautiful attic apartment with good connections to the public transport network. The S-Bahn station "Englschalking" - airport S-Bahn (S8) - is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The S8 (airport S-Bahn) takes you to the main train station in 18 minutes. In addition, the bus stop "Freischützstraße" is only about 5 minutes walk. By bus you can reach the Arabellapark subway stop (U4) in a few minutes.
