This newly and stylishly renovated, fully furnished and equipped flat (30 sqm) on the 2nd floor is located in a very prestigious Art Nouveau building in a popular and exclusive residential area in Munich's Lehel district, directly opposite the Isar river and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden. The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.

Gemütliches Maisonette Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Rückgebäude und ist angenehm ruhig. An der Grenze zwischen Maxvorstadt und Schwabing gelegen gibts es viele gute Restaurants, schöne Cafés, tolle Eisdielen, angesagte Bars und interessante Museen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der U-Bahn U2 nur 3 Minuten bis zum Josephsplatz.
