The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Großdeuben ist der Nachbarort von Markkleeberg und befindet sich zentral zwischen dem Markkleeberger See, dem Cospudener See und dem Störmthaler- sowie Zwenkauer See. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Seen und Wasserwanderwege ist das Umland von Leipzig ein beliebtes Wassersportrevier.

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

Via the A72 you are in the city in twenty minutes or in approx. 10 minutes by car to one of the beautiful lakes. From here, all kinds of culture and leisure activities entice you, whether running, cycling, water sports, cinema, museums and much more.

We would like to offer you our beautiful apartment on the second floor. The apartment is freshly renovated and well located. The picturesque city center of Leipzig is 20 minutes by S-Bahn [suburban train] and 15 minutes by car. There are also numerous lakes nearby that you can explore by car or bike. The apartment has a living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
