Waterfront holiday rentals in Bohol

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

It looks as expected. I love the design and color choices of the room. It is good enough to enjoy the stay. Everything is working. Good room to have a place to sleep and relax. Owner is friendly and understanding. Suggestion: It would have been better if there were more kitchen and room tools/essentials.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Bitoon Resthouse. I could write an entire essay of how great it was. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. Caretakers sir Nilo and ma'am Loraine made me feel right at home upon arrival. They were so proactive whenever I had a favor to ask. They are both ever so present if necessary and yet so discreet and respectful of the need for privacy. The beach located a few steps from the house remains raw. When the tide is low I could take a walk along the receded coastline which is teaming with life and bedecked with beautiful shells that one can no longer find in other more developed beaches. Perched on the sea wall as I waited for sunrise, I saw a tiny bump of what I believe to be a whaleshark breaking the surface. I'm not a pool person so I can't say how it is. But I can say, the pool is cleaned, filled in, filtered and maintained by sir Nilo at least twice a day. Actually, the entire place is clean and spotless. All amenities are in working condition

It’s a great house in very private area. There are 3 comfort bedrooms and spacious living room. We like surrounding, it’s very peaceful and not crowded. But there are no any restaurants, beaches and supermarkets nearby, so you need to have transport. There is quite big swimming pool on the territory that we could use. You need to know that there is no hot water in the house. As I understand it’s common situation on Panglao. But cold water is not really cold. It was okey to take a shower with it even for my kid. Chuchi is very nice and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay and we can recommend the house for family.

The best house we stayed at in Bohol. This is a very modern and minimalist house with great space inside and out. The owners were so communicative and response time was great. They were also very understanding. Even their care taker was such a nice lady. She kept everything neat inside. The place is located on a secluded street away from the nonsense of Alona (wc was what we preferred) and has a walkable beach. Greeneries and sunset were so beautiful and you really have your private space since houses are far apart from each other. The only concerns we had was there were some mosquitoes that were getting in the master’s br and we think it was coming from the drain next to the toilet, also water becomes weak at certain times of the day (7am-2pm) almost everyday and electricity goes out on some days during our entire days, but owners will keep you posted if they get an update. but other than that everything else were great! Thank you. Beautiful place with mangroves and the ocean out front. From main floor can see mangroves and from second floor can see the ocean. Local small beach with easy water access about 100 meters away.

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Sunsets and Skyline Staycation Cebu’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was very convenient. We really enjoyed our time here it felt like a home away from home. The city view is awesome during the day and especially during nightitime. Highly recommended for people who are WFH because the place already has a working station set up. The interior was also a refreshing sight. It is already equipped with Netflix, Max, Prime Video and Disney+. They also have a coffee making machine where you can make your own coffee. The coffee is already available together with creamer and sugar. Another thing that is nice about the place is that it has a lot of sockets. You will not get bored even if you stay all day in their place coz there are card games and books in the unit. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Will definitely book your place again.

We had such a restful stay! Our room was perfectly cold and cozy making us sleep soundly through the night. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth.
