We called our house Next Door BLR! Next Door, because everything is nearby! On foot! The train station is 2 minutes on foot (PARIS in 30 min, Fontainebleau in 5 min). The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. Barbizon is 10 km away and Disneyland is 58 km away. Our house has all the comforts and a large garden. We will be happy to welcome you!

A few steps from the Fontainebleau forest, at the beginning of the pedestrian path taken by climbing enthusiasts and a 3-min walk from the train station to Paris in 35 minutes. Walks in the forest, cultural visits (Paris, Fontainebleau Castle & Vaux le Vicomte…) In Bois le Roi, you can enjoy the sports facilities of the leisure island with the UCPA. We share our outdoor heated pool from 06/01 to 09/30. Garden furniture and BBQ available.

Elegant apartment, very well located close to BOIS LE ROI train station and shops. It benefits from a private green terrace and free private parking at the foot of the building. It is quiet and cool in the summer. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto a living room with its exposed stone wall. The independent bedroom overlooks a very quiet private courtyard. A dressing room and a reading area complete it. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate toilet and washing machine.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Bois le Roi on the immediate edge of the forest. Very well equipped, it is very comfortable. At the end of the garden, you will find a small gate that provides direct access to the Fontainebleau forest. Possibility of multiple walks in the forest, on foot or by bicycle. You can also visit the remarkable sites of the Fontainebleau forest, such as the magnificent site of the Rochers Canons (hiking, climbing).

Located right next to Bois le Roi train station, 33 minutes by train from Lyon train station (Paris). The large bay windows of the Kapla House immerse you in a 5,000 ㎡ private plot where our family home is also located. Lovers of walking, mountain biking or climbing are within a 10-minute walk of the banks of the Seine as well as the entrance to the Fontainebleau forest. Whenever possible, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Les Longuives

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
