All shops and restaurants in Baignes (5 minutes) or Barbezieux (10 minutes) 2 municipalities with a summer swimming pool. Possibility of walks in a small adjoining wood of 7000 m2 with small paths. Relaxation assured.

Small house full of charm, which has been completely renovated by us and now offers modern and functional accommodation, with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, a living area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal a Tassimo coffee maker, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Linens and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. On the other hand, we don't have Wi-Fi.
