Comfortable 160 cm double bed and sofa bed for two people. Fully equipped kitchen. Newly renovated bathroom. Washing machine available in the basement (time booking required). Loans of bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking and pets in the apartment are not allowed. The tenant-owner association's rules must be followed, for example, quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am.
