The owner lives in the basement.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

The apartment is 5 minutes from the city's pedestrian streets, restaurants and shops and only 3 minutes from several grocery stores. HC Andersen's house is a 19 minute walk away. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.

Small cozy annex located in the city zone, overlooking the land zone and open fields. Our Annex is spacious for 1-4 people, where there is a fixed 3/4 bed and a sofa that can be turned into a double bed. There is a small bathroom with shower and well equipped kitchenette with microwave oven, coffee maker, oven for heating food.. There is a fridge and small freezer.
