We really enjoyed our stay with Rosie, she was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was lovely to have use of the sauna in the garden, which was an unexpected highlight! We travelled up with a running club to enter a race nearby in Cromford and were very pleased that we inspired Rosie to enter too! This could becone an annual trip! Alan

Charming accomodation with stunning views and the perfect set-up for you and your pup! We had a wonderful time staying in the Annex. Melissa and Steve were so friendly and even treated us to some vegan goodies when we arrived (after thoughtfully checking our doetary requirements ahead of time). They shared plenty of helpful recommendations - including a wonderful hike around Black Rocks and a tranquil canal. Plenty of dog friendly activites a short drive away and excellent walks from the doorstep. Thorouhly recommend the Annex as a base to explore the Peaks and Derbyshire Dales.

A lovely stay in Wirksworth and so glad that we booked this place!! The décor throughout is lovely and boutique style with a very cosy and homely atmosphere. We stayed here for 4 nights and wished we’d booked for a couple more as there’s plenty to do in the local area. Angus was very responsive and on the first evening sent a message to make sure we had checked-in all okay, which was a nice touch. Only recommendation that I can find is to make sure you take some kitchen roll & surface spray as these little things can easily get forgotten when visiting places as this isn’t supplied. All in all, would love to visit again!
