Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. Welcome to Nuria's art loft, a beautiful, very bright and newly renovated apartment, on a very quiet street in the old town of Jávea where you can enjoy walks through its peculiar network of narrow streets, white facades, Gothic windows and Tosca stone. An ideal place to find a multitude of restaurants, shops, food markets, museums... The apartment is 1.5 km from the port and La Grava beach, 2 km from Montañar beach and 3 km from Arenal.
