Enjoy our cozy family bungalow of 35m2 with very spacious "fenced" garden located on the edge of the forest and the dunes with the sea 900 m away. Ideally suited for families (with children), couples and a maximum of 2 dogs. If you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle, you can relax and enjoy yourself here. Boulevard, restaurants and shops can be found about 4 km away from the Bungalow. The Bungalow is located on a quiet family park, so it is not suitable for parties and youth groups.

One cozy bedroom plus an extra double bed/lounge in the front (a real bed with two quality mattresses, see pictures). In the middle of town, yet dreamy and quiet: look up from your bed into the crown of a tree 🌳, or enjoy stunning canal views from the steering cabin. The Fully equipped with all comforts: WiFi, A/C, washer & dryer, dishwasher.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

This nicely decorated appartment is situated in the souterain of my house. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the boulevard dunes sea and beachclubs. Everything you need you will find in the appartment. It also has a nice terrace for having a drink in the sun especially at the end of the day. Because it is situated under my house it might be possible that sometimes you hear some noises from me, your neighbour from upstairs;) You are very welcome !!

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters (total area). French doors to the enclosed south-facing garden 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen (kitchenette) Available: Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Air fryer. 2-burner induction cooker. Nespresso coffee machine. Nice beds and pleasant (rain) shower Sink with storage drawers. PLEASE NOTE! The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

Unique and quiet cottage in picturesque Warmond aan de Kaag within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The cottage is stylish and warmly decorated with fireplace and has French doors to various terraces that belong to our large garden, which you can use. The kitchen is fully furnished. With a double bed in the bedroom and adjoining spacious luxury bathroom, this apartment is the ideal getaway for couples who want to get away from it all.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Cozy summer cottage

Walk out the door, within 5 minutes on the beach! In the middle of the old village center of the cozy seaside resort, close to the shopping street and boulevard with nice restaurants. But also a great kitchen to cook for yourself. Upstairs, a bright spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. You can sit in our private courtyard. Includes 2 bicycles. Free parking 300 meters walk.

Wassenaar

A cozy apartment adjacent to a villa in Wassenaar south. In the woods around Kasteel de Wittenburg, it is wonderful to walk with the dog. They can run around freely there. Close to the city and the (dog) beach. Museum Voorlinden is 5 minutes by bike from here, and for golfers, the Royal Hague Golf and Country Club is around the corner. In the month of July, we only rent for 5 nights or more.
