Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Enjoy our cozy family bungalow of 38m2 with very spacious "fenced" garden located on the edge of the forest and the dunes with the sea 900 m away. Ideal for families (with children), couples and max. 2 dogs. If you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle, you can relax and enjoy yourself here. Boulevard, restaurants and shops can be found about 4 km away from the Bungalow. The Bungalow is located on a quiet family park, so it is not suitable for parties and youth groups.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

This nicely decorated appartment is situated in the souterain of my house. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the boulevard dunes sea and beachclubs. Everything you need you will find in the appartment. It also has a nice terrace for having a drink in the sun especially at the end of the day. Because it is situated under my house it might be possible that sometimes you hear some noises from me, your neighbour from upstairs;) You are very welcome !!

The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Walk out the door, within 5 minutes on the beach! In the middle of the old village center of the cozy seaside resort, close to the shopping street and boulevard with nice restaurants.
