Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bologna

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours dans la maison de Alberto. Le parc est magnifique et la maison très confortable et bien équipé. Alberto est charmant et toujours attentif pour que notre séjours se déroule bien. La maison est proche de Bologne et autour de la maison il y a des balades à pieds magnifique.

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Quel jolie pause dans cet endroit paisible ! J’aurais aimé faire plus longtemps tellement on si sent bien ! 🤩 Le couple hôte est vraiment très charmant, réactif et attentionnés…. Le logement était impeccable, avec des matériaux de hautes qualités ! (La salle de bain notamment …) Vraiment sous le charme de ce petit coin de paradis !🤩 Je recommande bien évidemment !!

Le logement est agréable, situé dans un environnement calme, et il est très bien équipé et moderne (équipements cuisine et salons récents, système de chauffage/climatisation...). Marco s'est montré chaleureux et professionnel (vérification des pièces d'identité, taxe de séjour, réactif dans les échanges sur l'application, accueil avec présentation détaillée du logement...). Il a su s'adapter pour que les indications d'horaires du check-in soient respectées malgré une réticence initiale. Nous avons passé une agréable journée et nuit sur place. Merci beaucoup !

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

My husband and our two children had the Devine pleasure of staying on the top floor of this beautifully renovated villa, which is located on a beautiful estate and has a beautiful view of the country side from one of the windows. The apartment was gorgeous and perfect for two adults and two kids. Our host was very friendly and hospitable and greeted us with a glass of local wine, cheese and fruit. We took a swim in the large in ground pool and relaxed on the lounge chairs before going to the near by town of Imola, to take a walk around the very cool castle. Bologna is a 25 minute drive and definitely worth a visit. Perfect stay in a perfect villa. Thank you so much for sharing it with my family.

Überaus freundliche und zugewandte Gastgeberin. Paola hat uns des Öfteren mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten und klasse Tipps versorgt und war immer für uns da. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet mit eigenem wind- und regengeschütztem Plätzchen direkt vor der Haustüre. Gegenüber eine parkähnliche Anlage mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Insgesamt alles außerordentlich und liebevoll gepflegt. Ein „Paradies“ in der Emilia.

Appartamento comodo, ben rifinito e pulito , host super disponibile e gentile.

Enrico is een zeer gastvrije host. Vanaf het eerste moment reageerde hij snel, dacht mee en nodigde ons uit om mee te eten. Hij gaf ons een warm welkom, liet met liefde het huis en tuin zien en gaf tips voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Heerlijke plek om even tot rust te komen. We hebben genoten en komen als we onderweg of in de buurt zijn zeker nog een keer terug!

Excelente! Supero nuestras expectativas, el estudio impecable, todas las comodidades, y detalles. La atención de Paola y Pierluigi perfecta, super amables, el entorno es perfecto para pasear y desconectar. Muy recomendable 😉

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, ambiente estremamente pulito, ben accessoriato e confortevole. Giardino ben curato cui godersi la tranquillità della zona e dove il nostro cane poteva stare in tutta sicurezza. Host gentilissimo che ci ha accolti dando tutte le spiegazioni e dandosi disponibile per ogni eventualità. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le tante cantine sparse da Valsamoggia e i colli. Torneremo sicuramente.
