La casa è deliziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, molto accogliente. Paola è un’impeccabile padrona di casa: gentilissima, calorosa e amichevole, ci ha regalato preziosi suggerimenti per il soggiorno. Esperienza da ripetere e da consigliare! Grazie!!

Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

ho trovato l 'alloggio di Elisa perfetto. è un piccolo gioiellino, arredato con eleganza e finezza.offre la colazione, con yogurt marmellata caffè thè e biscotti.molto gradita l'aria condizionata! ha anche un piccolo giardino da me poco sfruttato perché ho trascorso solo una notte, ma molto piacevole. parcheggio privato all'interno un optional meraviglioso, visto le strisce blu presenti nel quartiere. i rapporti e contatti precisi e rapidi. sono estremamente soddisfatta e consiglio a tutti l'appartamento di Elisa, non vicino al centro ma con la fermata dell'autobus praticamente davanti casa. se torno a Bologna,mi fermerò ancora qui!

L'alloggio offerto da Stefania e Stefano è di ottima qualità/prezzo. L'appartamento è piccolino, ma fornito di tutto e ubicato in un preziosissimo scrigno di lussureggiante vegetazione: il giardino è pieno di fiori, sole e aria fresca. Davvero consigliato! Nel frigorifero ci ha fatto trovare anche delle marmellate buonissime per la colazione. Ripeteremo!

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

This Airbnb was by far the best one we have stayed in during our 35 day trip roaming Italy. Fiorella's attention to detail is top shelf. She has thought of everything you might need right down to slippers. Even the sheets on the bed were nice and soft and had a faint hint of lavender. She was very quick to response to my inquiry about GF options in the area and suggestions of these to do in Bologna. We will definitely stay her again and refer friends.

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è graziosa, pulita e ha tutto quel che serve. Il giardino è carinissimo e ben arredato con comode poltrone da esterni, tavolino, un grande ombrellone e l’amaca. Ci è dispiaciuto un po’ non sfruttarlo perché siamo stati praticamente sempre in giro. Parcheggio privato all’ombra, cancello automatico e quartiere elegante. Wi fi perfetto, la doccia ha un bel getto potente e uno scarico ben funzionante (non è per niente scontato nella mia esperienza). Casa molto funzionale e arredata con buon gusto. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile a venirci incontro col check leggermente in anticipo. C’erano le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè e bagnoschiuma e shampoo nella doccia. Zanzariere alle finestre della camera e aria condizionata in soggiorno che ha tolto umidità in tutto l’appartamento. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono frequenti bus per il centro, poco oltre un ottimo bar pasticceria per la colazione e altri negozi. Promosso a pieni voti

Es uno de los apartamentos más cómodos en los que nos he,os quedado en Italia. Super amplio, muy limpio y excelente ubicación. Nos dejaron hacer check in más temprano lo cual fue increíble para estar más cómodos. Tiene un libro con recomendaciones para comer en bologna. Lo recomendaría a ojos cerrados!

We stayed 6 nights at Ivan’s place and it was perfect! Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. There is plenty of room, great air conditioning, a washer and dryer. There is absolutely no neighborhood noise unless you choose to open the windows. You are right in the heart of restaurants, bars and shops near Piazza Maggiore. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose it again the next time we are in Bologna!

The flat was spotless and in a perfect location for exploring centre, just 15 min walk straight down the main road. Close to bus stops to train station for day trips too. Bologna is such a beautiful city with lots to do, the guidebook helped find some great places to visit or confirm ones we knew we would go to. We felt really safe in the flat and no noise issues. Francesco helped us check in and then left us to it but has been responsive as when needed. One of the best air bnb's we have stayed in for location, cleanliness and amenities in flat. We are grateful we found such a good spot!

Es war alles perfekt. Lage, Ausblick, Ruhe, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und nicht zuletzt die wunderbare Bar/Pasticceria um die Ecke.

We loved Rosa’s place. Finally, after 4 different Airbnbs during our trip to Italy we found a first floor apartment!! We were so tired of going up and down through stairs with our luggage’s that this felt like heaven!! It was our last night of our trip so we were exhausted and it felt so good not needing to climb more stairs!! This place has everything needed to feel comfortable, super clean and organized! Also, only 3-4 minutes from train stop or busses. Also, the Q bus that takes you in front of the airport is only 4 min walking!! We loved the table and chairs outside this morning to eat our breakfast. The surroundings were peaceful. You couldn’t hear the neighbors. I recommend this place 100%

Giovanni has been our favorite host in all of our visits to Italy! The apartment is incredible; quaint, clean, and in the perfect location with easy walking to all of our favorite destinations. This is definitely a trip we will take again!!!

Bardzo czyste, przestronne mieszkanie ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego i szybki dojazd do centrum. Na miejscu zastaliśmy także drobny poczęstunek, przewodniki po Bolonii, jednorazowe środki czystości. Byliśmy zachwyceni z pobytu. Polecam serdecznie

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est conforme à la description et situé à 10 à 15 minutes de marche du centre historique de Bologne. L’appartement est très calme et la literie est très confortable. Il est aménagé de tout le confort et d’une très belle terrasse où l’on peut se reposer après de longues marches ou dîner en plein air. Il dispose aussi d’une place de garage privé (attention: ne convient pas à de grandes voitures). Commerces et cafés se trouvent à proximité. Licia et Armando sont très réactifs. Je recommande vivement.

We had a brilliant stay here. Barbara is an excellent host, really communicative and helpful with great tips about local restaurants - and she provided lots of information to make our arrival and check-in as easy as possible. The apartment itself is great - clean, cosy and characterful - and a nice distance from the main piazzas. It's close enough to walk to the centre but far enough away to feel like you can escape the crowds and unwind at the end of the day. There are also some lovely shops and restaurants around the corner from the apartment with Le Serre, in the park across the ring road, a particularly nice place for a relaxed afternoon. Finally, the little terrace at the back is a lovely feature and a great place to sit and chat.

Cristina’s place is a true gem! It was clean, quiet and in a lovely neighborhood near two grocery stores and bus stops. As a traveler, I appreciated the little details she had included for her guests such as shower soaps, an iron and ironing board, and condiments in the kitchen. I immediately felt comfortable and right at home! Cristina was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Next time I’m in Bologna, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Wir haben zu dritt drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Wohnung von Silvia verbracht und können es nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist top - ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit dem Bus gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen - und die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gemütlich, ruhig, hell, großzügig und ein toller Rückzugsort auch für eine Siesta bei heißem Wetter. Bett und Schlafsofa sind beide sehr bequem. Sehr praktisch sind auch die Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage! Silvia hat uns ein paar tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben und die Kommunikation war super freundlich und einwandfrei. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft die perfekte Basis für die Erkundung von Bologna. Vielen Dank, Silvia!

Vi bodde 4 dager i Irenes nydelige leilighet, og bestemte oss allerede på dag 2 at vi både vil tilbake til Bologna som by, og at vi ikke ønsker å bo noe annet sted enn Irenes leilighet! Piera og Irene var svært hjelpsomme med alt fra kommunikasjon, innsjekking og alt annet vi lurte på. Leiligheten i seg selv er en perle du sjelden finner på Airbnb. Fantastiske fasiliteter med hele tre(!) balkonger hvis man ønsker sol(eller skygge) hele dagen, aircondition i alle rom, er velutstyrt kjøkken for matlaging og et nydelig bad, men mest av alt må vi understreke at leiligheten er nydelig innredet og føles virkelig som et ekte hjem. Vi hadde valgt denne leiligheten hver eneste gang fremfor president-suiten i byens beste hotell. Beliggenheten er også perfekt i rolige og avslappede omgivelser, men bare et par hundre meter unna sentrum, og med masse gode restauranter i området rundt. Vi anbefaler alle som vil besøke Bologna denne leiligheten, og kommer definitivt tilbake hit selv!
