Our thatched roof house "Coastline" in Groß Schwansee – picturesquely located on the coast between Travemünde and Boltenhagen – is a lovingly designed retreat to feel good. The furnishings are characterized by the style and lifestyle of the beach houses on the US east coast. "Coastline" itself is perfectly equipped for the fall/winter season with a Finnish sauna and fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room. A total of 4 cozy bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Our modern large & bright apartment in Kühlungsborn offers ample space for 4 - 6 people. 1 living room with a large terrace, 1 kitchen that offers ample space for cooking with friends, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower & bathtub, 1 guest / toilet. Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Beach Villa Hubertus - H7 Kandinsky

Relax in our 3-room duplex suite on the 2nd floor of the Hubertus house, perfect for a family with 53 m² + 8 m² attic. The suite sleeps 4 with a French double bed as well as sleeping places for children in the attic, including 2 cots. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and the daylight bathroom offers a shower as well as a bathtub with underfloor heating. Enjoy the park view, free Wi-Fi, and the use of the in-house park.

Haus Ahlma - A1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.

The apartment with about 110 square meters, has a beautifully furnished living room with flat-screen TV, game collection and CD radio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – one with shower/toilet, the second with bathtub/toilet and a kitchen. The large kitchen offers a spacious dining area and is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
